i've booked double room with the 4th bed a roll away type and everything was perfect. the location was stunning and amazing - ease of access to cippo degli alpini. the hotel was the best base for enjoying a nice little area.

We had an incredible stay at this lakeside hotel. the views were absolutely breathtaking, with a balcony that offered a perfect spot to admire the beauty of the surroundings. the location was ideal, nestled in a peaceful and charming town, away from the tourist crowds. the staff were extremely friendly and always ready to assist. the restaurant downstairs served delicious food, for example, their Spaghetti "Taste of the Lake" was a real treat. the free parking facility right at the front door was a convenient bonus.

While the overall experience was fantastic, there were a few minor issues. the room we booked for four adults felt a bit cramped.

Great location with easy access to Bellagio for boat rides or taking the ferry. Also, it's right next to Italy for 3 weeks and the hotel's gallery 😊.

I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel right on the lakeside. The location is perfect, in a very quiet place with a nice view. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with fantastic views to the lake. The breakfast, served with freshly brewed coffee, was a great way to start the day.
